If you are new to ordering custom cookies with us, here is a quick breakdown of what happens next:
- Order requests will be reviewed and replied to via email within 48 hours.
- If order is accepted, Channing will confirm order and address any questions/further discussion (if needed). You will get a pricing quote at this time.
- Once both parties have agreed to the direction of design, timeline, pricing, etc. an invoice will be sent via Paypal. Please make sure this invoice is paid in full within 24 hours. This is required so that we can secure your desired date!
- A final email will be sent the week of your event with pick up/delivery details; including location and time.
