How can I place A Custom Cookie Order?
To request an order, fill out the Custom Order Form with as much detail as possible. We accept orders based on availability and design. Once the form has been submitted and reviewed, we will send accepted orders a confirmation and pricing quote. Cookies are not booked until they are paid in full.
How soon should I place a Custom order?
No such thing as too early! We are currently limited to only a certain number of orders each week.
There is a minimum two week notice for all custom cookie orders. A 20% rush fee will be applied for orders less than two weeks, given there is availability on our calendar.
What are your prices?
Custom cookie sets begin at $50/dozen and increase based on number of colors and complexity of designs. See our Sugar Cookie Sets page for more information.
When is payment due?
Once custom order request has been accepted and confirmed, an invoice will be sent and payment is due in full within 24 hours. We currently accept PayPal or we can invoice through our merchant, Stripe.
Fit Cookie and drop cookie orders are due in full at time of purchase.
What is your cancellation policy?
Contact us as soon as possible. No refunds will be given within 7 days from pick up date. Presale orders are non-refundable if cookies have already been made.
Are your cookies allergen free?
While our cookies do not contain any nut products, they are baked in a non-allergen free home kitchen.
All "original style" cookies contain eggs, dairy and wheat products. Our gluten free cookies still contain eggs and dairy.

Do you deliver?
Home or office delivery is available to Boise, Meridian, Kuna, and Eagle for a $14.99 delivery fee, due prior to date requested. We are also able to deliver to Star and Nampa for a $19.99 delivery fee.
Do you ship?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship our cookies at this time, but make sure to join our mailing list for updates! We ARE working on making that an option for our customers.
where do I pick up my cookies if i don't want them delivered?
We currently have a pick-up location at BodyFit in Meridian. Here are the current pick-up schedule and location details:
